Copyright Infringement Notice: Arqanex respects the intellectual property rights of others. This DMCA Policy explains our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To report alleged copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including location (e.g., URL).
- Contact information for the complaining party (address, telephone, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (address, telephone, and email).
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address or, if outside the U.S., a statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Arqanex will terminate accounts of repeat infringers who have been properly notified of infringing activity.
